Please join us to discuss the proposed
planned development application for the property located at 2420 South Halsted Street.
The Applicant, Chicago Helicopter Express (CHE),
would like to improve the subject property with a new heliport and water taxi
dock.
In order to permit the proposed development,
a zoning map amendment is required to change the existing zoning from Planned
Manufacturing District (PMD) No. 11(A) to a Waterways-Heliport Planned
Development.
The Applicant and its development team will
be present to discuss the proposed heliport and to answer questions. Alderman
Balcer will also be present at the meeting.
